This intensive course, our first saber workshop since the pandemic, will be tailored to participants' experience. It will serve as an introduction to the sequence, but will also enable those who have already taken the course to perfect their execution. The emphasis will be on fluidity of movement, rather than superficial learning of the sequence.

The form stems from the Yang tradition, but like the other forms (taichi, liuhebafa, etc.), it follows the approach of master Moy Linshin.

The course includes preparatory training.
